Yes — after completing the course, you will receive a certificate of participation issued by our organization. While this certificate is not an officially accredited document at national, international, or university level, it does formally recognize:

• the time you dedicated to learning

• the competencies and skills you developed

• your participation in the training activities

Requirements may vary slightly depending on the specific course, but in most cases you will need only:

• A laptop

• Access to the digital tools used during the training (we will provide instructions in advance)

• Optional: a smartphone for activities involving gamification or interactive tasks

Before the course begins, you will receive a detailed message outlining any additional tools or platforms you may need, so you can prepare comfortably and without stress.

Yes — group applications are welcome. The maximum number of participants for each course is 20, but we understand that institutions sometimes want to join as a team. If your group does not significantly exceed the limit, we can definitely consider accommodating you. 

If you plan to apply as a group, just let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure the best learning experience for everyone.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation approach follows common practice in non‑formal education and teacher‑training programmes:

Up to 30 days before the course

You can cancel or change your participation free of charge. We can also transfer you to another group or a future course if places are available.

Our courses are highly practical. Around 85% of the learning experience is based on non‑formal education methods, including interactive activities, group work, simulations, and gamification elements. Only about 15% of the time is dedicated to theory, and even that is delivered in an applied, accessible way.

You won’t be sitting and listening passively — you’ll be actively experimenting with tools, trying out methods, and experiencing the same learner‑centered techniques you can later apply in your own classroom. Our goal is to ensure that everything you learn is immediately usable in real teaching and training contexts.

Accommodation details depend on the specific course and location, but we always aim to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for all participants. In most cases:

You will stay in a single room or a private space. Room sharing is not required, unless you are traveling as a group and specifically request it.

Accommodation is located close to the training venue, usually within 5–15 minutes walking distance.

Before your arrival, you will receive a detailed information package with:

• check‑in/check‑out details

• distance to the training room

• local transport options (if needed)

• practical tips for your stay
